Michael graduated from the University of Canberra with a Bachelor of Engineering in Software Engineering Degree with First Class Honours. Upon graduation he was also awarded with the IEEE Engineering Project Prize for Innovation.

Michael has been working within the IT industry since the age of 15. From humble beginnings as a technical support consultant he worked his way to being the Director of his own IT support business by the age of 18. Michael then set up Canopy IT Solutions - a company devoted to addressing all IT needs for small to medium businesses - here he fulfilled the post of Managing Director.

Michael now spends the majority of his time as HRMWEB's Executive Director and easyEMPLOYER's Systems Specialist.

Complementing his cache of knowledge and extensive experience within the IT industry, Michael has also gained valuable experience within the retail, customer service, project management and accounting business realms.

Michael's passion for process streamlining and automation led him down the path of developing and now commercially distributing HRMWEB's flagship solution: easyEMPLOYER.

Michael intends to continue producing a range of tools to assist businesses to automate the processes that weigh them down, accelerating them on the path to efficiency, effectiveness and success.
