Irene graduated from University of Canberra with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration with minors in marketing, public relations and personnel management.

Irene has spent the last 10 years working within the Australian Federal Government within the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade and, Department of Defence. Within these agencies she has fulfilled a number of roles including technology forecasting and analysis, team leadership, administrative best practice, performance management, conflict resolution, human resource management and foreign liaison.

Irene also has extensive experience within the private business sector, predominantly within the retail industry - having worked within numerous customer focused retail outlets and service provider organsations. Within these entities she has been responsible for service delivery, human resource management, marketing, performance evaluation and customer/client retention strategy.

Irene brings with her a unique perspective on the private and public sector business industries and the ability to transfer that knowledge into ensuring HRMWEB achieves its objective in assisting businesses to automate their cumbersome staff management processes.
