Yes, easyEMPLOYER has been designed to cater for any business, of any size, in any industry. It is a ‘pay as you go’ system and the costs are based on the number of staff you have and which parts of the system you want to use - that way you don't pay for anything more than what you need.
Q: Am I and my staff going to be able to use this product?
easyEMPLOYER is intuitive and easy to use by design. Most people have picked up how to use the system by themselves, however we will give you training and supervise you through the early stages of your use to ensure you are confident with using the system on your own.
Q: What sort of after sales support am I going to receive?

Yes, we work with you to setup the system to meet your exact requirements. We will also work with you to continually enhance the product to suit your business. This is all part of high quality customer focused service.
Q: Will the product handle my business expanding?
Yes, easyEMPLOYER will grow with your business and in fact, easyEMPLOYER can actually help your business to grow faster by streamlining administrative processes, allowing you more time to spend on your core business.
Q: Do I need an Internet connection?
Yes. An Internet connection is required to transfer information from your workplace to the main server where you can access all HRMWEB information relating to your business. If you do not have an Internet connection at your workplace, we can organise a low cost Internet setup for you.
Q: I already have a payroll / accounting software solution. Will easyEMPLOYER work with it?
Yes. We can tailor easyEMPLOYER to integrate into any accounting or payroll software.
Q: What if my staff do not have a mobile phone or Internet access?
All functions normally available over the Internet to employees are accessible by a manager or staff member with the appropriate permissions. Completed Rosters and timesheets are able to be printed out for those staff.
